Rachel Smith, of Clarksville and a 2003 graduate of Davidson Academy, was crowned Miss Tennessee USA on October 7. While at DA, Rachel served as Miss Tennessee Teen 2001 and was voted Miss Photogenic at the Miss Teen USA Pageant. She became the third former Miss Tennessee Teen USA to the Miss Tennessee USA title. Rachel will represent Tennessee in the nationally televised Miss USA Pageant in the spring of 2007. Rachel is a student at Belmont University and is the daughter of Rodney and Beverly Smith.
