Zoom Meetings | Open House


UPDATED (5/22/20): Following Governor Bill Lee's recommendation to close schools in Tennessee for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year back on April 15, Davidson Academy followed his recommendation and continued to utilize our customized distance learning program for the next month (two month span of distance learning in total) through the remainder of the 2019-2020 published school calendar. Our final day of instruction was Friday, May 15.

We plan to reopen the Davidson Academy campus for in-person instruction starting Thursday, August 6.


Despite the cancellation of our last Open House event (originally scheduled for April 5), you can still set up a VIRTUAL meeting with our Director of Admission, Jason McGehee, through the Zoom video platform. He's happy to answer any questions you may have about joining the Davidson Academy community. Contact Jason at 615-860-5317 or email him at jason.mcgehee@davidsonacademy.com to set up a Zoom video session.

We are currently waiving our normal $75 application fee as well. Use waiver code ENROLLNOW (all caps, no spaces) to apply for free!

You are invited to attend any one of our upcoming VIRTUAL open house events to "Ask the Experts" (dates TBA). Please check with Jason McGehee on scheduled Zoom meeting dates and times. This will be a great opportunity for you and your family to ask questions about the Davidson Academy experience.


OPEN HOUSE EVENT(S):

The open house event (all ages/grades) originally scheduled for Sunday, April 5 (1:00-3:00 p.m.) has been CANCELED for now; New date TBA.

Register for a VIRTUAL open house events to "Ask the Experts" meeting on Zoom by sending an email to admissions@davidsonacademy.com and include the following information:
Parent/guardian name(s)
Name(s) of student(s) and grade(s) of interest
 
Once we are back on campus following the COVID-19 situation, you and your student(s) are welcome to schedule a private tour, and your student(s) is welcome to participate in a Shadow Day. The optimal days during the school year are Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Please schedule a shadow day through our Admission office, once we have the opportunity to return to the Davidson Academy campus.
