How long have you been a student at DA? Two years.

What is your favorite thing about DA? 

My favorite thing about DA is the Christian environment and the teachers and students all feeling like family to one another. 

Which class has been your favorite and why?

My favorite class has been Coach Clayton’s English class because he is always energetic and brings positive vibes to the classroom while making learning fun. 

How would you describe the classroom environment at DA?

The classroom environment at DA is very welcoming and full of kindness. 

What is your favorite DA tradition?

My favorite DA tradition is the retreats at the beginning of the year because it gives you chance to bond with your classmates. 

What activities are you involved in at DA? 

I am on the soccer team, FCA, and student ambassadors.

Soccer has impacted me because it brought me many friendships and has taught me to never give up and push myself to do things even when it might be hard. 

Davidson Academy is a God-focused school. How does that impact life at DA and what does it mean to you?

Since DA is a God-focused school it has really brought me closer to God and built my relationship with Him while not feeling embarrassed to talk to teachers and students about my walk with Him. 

What would you tell someone who was interested in attending Davidson Academy?

I would tell them to come try it out because they will never regret the experience! 

What has DA taught you about being a leader? 

DA has taught me that being a leader means being willing to be my own person and not always follow what everyone else is doing. It has given me the confidence to be myself without worrying about being judged.

What activities do you participate in outside of school?

I babysit and participate in travel soccer.
