  In this camp, we’ll be bringing back those good ole hand-clap games we all did out on the playground as kids! Games like 'Concentration', 'Down by the Riverside', 'Miss Mary Mack', and so many more! We will play lots of games, learn more about rhythm and beat, watch Stomp LIVE videos, and even make our own instruments. Come join the beat!

  Campers will love to mix, roll, bake and decorate at the Baker Bear Camp! They will enjoy wholesome summer games and recess time while their baked goods are in the oven! Campers will have the option to enjoy the water slide on Friday!

  Students during this camp work with software to create customized blocks, armor, and biomes. Students need to bring their Minecraft account with them.

  Let’s release our inner Ariels and get to crafting! In Mermaid Camp, campers will enjoy making crowns, seashell necklaces, and their very own mermaid tails. Other activities include slime, sensory bins, read aloud stories, and decorating a treasure chest for those gadgets and gizmos. To wrap-up this fun filled week, we will enjoy some mermaid inspired delicious treats, with popcorn and a movie!

  Printmaking is a versatile and fascinating artistic technique that involves creating multiple copies of an image from a 'master' template.  Artists use various methods such as etching, engraving, relief and screen-printing to transfer their designs onto paper, fabric and other surfaces.  Printmaking allows artists to experiment with texture, color and composition while producing multiple copies making it a unique and accessible form of artistic expression. In Cubist Self-Portrait camp, students will create their own self-portrait collagraph inspired by cubism.  Think Pablo Picasso!    Students will finish by printing their portrait using inking techniques specific to collagraphs. 

• WK3 (JUNE 17-21) DinoTrek STEM Camp

  In DinoTrek Camp, campers will be hands-on with Dino inspired games, crafts, sensory bins, read aloud stories, and STEAM activities. From cracking open a dinosaur egg to making an erupting volcano! To wrap-up this fun filled prehistoric week we will make Dino Dirt Pudding, while also enjoying popcorn and a movie.

• WK3 (JUNE 17-21) RC Car Race Camp

  Beginner and intermediate RC car enthusiasts will enjoy circuit and drag racing the Traxxas 1/16th Slash radio-controlled car. Campers will learn the fundamentals of racing and speed secrets, tips and tricks to gain better control of the car.  Campers will participate in a variety of hands-on challenges designed to improve coordination and confidence in the sport. Campers will have the option to play on the water slide on Friday! 

  Please note our cars are not for bashing, running into walls or other cars and remain the property of the camp.

  Let’s make some magic and memories in Disney Camp!  Campers will have so much fun making Disney inspired crafts and playing lots of games.  They will also learn about what it takes to become a Disney Imagineer and come up with their own Disney ride or show. Let’s wrap up this fun and fantastic week with a Mad Hatter Tea Party! They will enjoy some delicious treats and decorate teacups!

  It's Alive! Plants, Animals, & Us!
  In this camp we will learn all about how plants and animals grow, survive, and thrive! We'll learn about our own digestion and anatomy, and all about what makes us.... US! We are most excited to learn all about animal habitats and migration on our GIANT interactive dymaxion map of the world!

  Ever wonder how Max built his boat in Where the Wild Things Are, or how to build the best castle When a Dragon Moves in? Spend the week in five fan favorite books as we practice reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, math, science, and engineering. Campers will learn about the parts of a book, sentence structure and story 'conflict.' They will also learn how to retell a story and create their own book! Children will also enjoy a mystery reader. Campers will have the opportunity to enjoy the water slide on Friday!

In Bubble Wrap Printing camp, students will learn how artists use texture to add interest to their work and create their own work of art using bubble wrap, paint and various application techniques.

• WK5 (JULY 8-12) Spanish: Journey Through the Andes

  Come join us as we learn about life in one of the world’s most exotic continents, South America! Students in this camp will learn about daily life near the longest mountain range on the planet, the Andes. Each day, students will do hands-on activities like building and learning how a volcano is formed and erupts, learning Spanish vocabulary through songs, as well as learning much more about the cultures where the mountain range passes through (Chile, Bolivia, Argentina, Ecuador, and Peru.) Students in this camp will have taken a virtual journey through the Andes when they leave.

  Take a trip through the ages!  From cave paintings to collage, students will learn the history of art.  Each day unfolds new creative horizons inspired by the brilliance of celebrated artists and a variety of cultures. They will use a variety of media to create their own personal history gallery!  Students will understand and be able to connect the dots between art and history.

   

• WK6 (JULY 15-19) Camp Brick LEGO: On Your Mark, Set, Build!

  This camp is designed for the child who is already building LEGO® sets with instructions independently. Campers will choose from hundreds of themed sets from which to build. Themes such as Star Wars ™, CITY ™, Ninjago ™, CHIMA ™, Atlantis ™, Agents ™ and more. Campers will be seated by age group and will be encouraged to build independently as well as in small groups on larger projects such as the Death Star and The Taj Mahal. The Camp Brick staff will assist your child if needed and offer helpful building tips as your child builds and displays their creations. A few times during the week campers may enjoy some social games and contests for prizes.

  Lights..Camera..Action! Welcome to the exciting world of Stop Motion Movies. This camp will focus on teaching the basics of Stop Motion Movie creation with MINECRAFT® and other LEGO® figures. Each child will learn to write a script, build a set, direct and edit their own Stop Motion movie. Individual as well as group projects will be encouraged.
